Lizette Cabrera is an Australian Tennis player of Filipino decent, as well as a proud Queenslander and inspiring female athlete. She started playing tennis at the age of 4 and has a particularly powerful forehand.

Lizette made her WTA debut at the Brisbane International in 2017, and competed in the Australian Open main draw for the first time the same year. As a result of these successes, Lizette achieved a career high world ranking of 131.

In 2019, Lizette made her biggest move in her career so far when she claimed the ITF Granby Challenger, in Canada, her first singles title win off Australian soil. Fast forward a year later, Lizette received a wildcard into the 2020 Australian Open.

Lizette is a prodigiously talented individual, and her level-headed attitude puts her in good stead to challenge on the world stage in the years to come.
