Jace Bode
Jace Bode is the Chief Executive Officer of W Sports & Media, bringing extensive leadership experience across elite sport, athlete development and high-performance environments. With a background spanning professional football, player development and executive leadership roles, Jace has built a reputation for driving high-performing teams, shaping talent pathways and delivering strategic growth across sport and media.
At W Sports & Media, Jace leads the agency’s vision to become the destination for talent and partners, combining deep high-performance understanding with strong commercial acumen.
He is committed to building long-term value for athletes through strategic guidance, trusted partnerships and a holistic approach to career development on and off the field.
Head of Commercial and Partnerships
Joe Tamburrino
Joe connects brands with WSM talent to deliver authentic and high-impact partnerships. Working daily with the biggest brands in Australia, Joe brings over a decade of experience across sport, brand strategy, marketing and partnerships. Joe combines entrepreneurial drive with corporate expertise, underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce.
He began his career at Concave Football Boots, working closely with AFL clubs, athletes, and major retailers, before moving to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, where he contributed to the growth of globally recognised events including the Formula 1 GP and MotoGP – working with F1 teams and key partners alike. He later co-founded cult Australian sneaker brand Athletikan, collaborating with high-profile athletes – including UFC champions and securing official AFL and NRL licences. He scaled the business from concept to global success, culminating in a successful exit in 2024.
A trusted connector and relationship builder, Joe specialises in aligning talent and brands to create partnerships that deliver real value on both sides.
Senior Talent Agent, Head of Olympics
Phoebe Rothfield
Pheebs graduated with a Bachelor of Media from La Trobe University in 2014, majoring in TV, Radio and Journalism.
She commenced her career in media planning and buying at Carat in 2015 before moving to Crocmedia (now Sports Entertainment Network) in 2017 where she worked in the Partnerships team, looking after some iconic Global and Australian brands.
After a gap year in 2019, she joined W Sports & Media in 2020 as a Talent Agent and has since progressed to Senior Talent Agent. She heads up the Olympics division as well as working closely with our female and media talent, procures and manages commercial partnerships and has an interest in developing wellbeing frameworks for her clients.
A passionate sports fan, Pheebs supports the Melbourne Football Club and loves watching all sports – NFL and Hockey in particular.
Based in Melbourne, Pheebs lives with her partner Angus and their rescue dog, Charlie. On weekends, you’ll find her at a Dees game, training for her next sporting challenge or at Leaps and Bounds café, chai latte in hand.
Talent & Operations Manager, Accredited AFL & AFLW Agent
Tom Facy
Tom joined W Sports & Media in October 2023 as Talent & Administration Coordinator, having previously worked with the business as an intern throughout 2023. He now plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of WSM, while also supporting talent across the agency as an accredited AFL and AFLW Agent.
Prior to joining WSM, Tom worked in accounting for four years, bringing a strong financial, organisational and detail-oriented skill set to his role within the business.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Sport and Recreation Management, which included an industry placement with the Adelaide Football Club. His background across sport, finance and talent management provides a strong foundation for his work across athlete representation, partnerships and operations.
Known for his ability to build strong relationships, Tom takes great pride in supporting WSM’s talent and loves seeing them succeed both on and off the field.
Originally from Adelaide, Tom moved to Melbourne in 2025 and remains heavily involved in sport. He has played football for his Old Collegians at Division 1 level in the Adelaide Footy League and was part of a Division 1 Reserves Premiership-winning team in 2022.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with mates, keeping active and watching just about any sport he can find on TV.
Talent Agent, Head of Tennis
Jedd Zetzer
Jedd brings broad experience across multiple areas of the sports industry, with a strong focus on athlete management, commercial partnerships and digital strategy.
After completing a Bachelor of Elite Sports Business, including an industry placement with the Carlton Football Club through the Carlton College of Sport, Jedd joined W Sports & Media in May 2022. He quickly progressed into the role of Talent Manager and Digital Lead, where he played a key role in driving athlete growth both on and off the field.
Whilst completing his Bachelor of Elite Sports Business, Jedd contributed to the tennis media landscape through his role with The First Serve, supporting digital and social media strategy while also featuring as an on-air host.
In 2024, Jedd became a registered ATP & WTA Tennis Agent and now serves as Head of Tennis and Talent Agent, overseeing the agency’s tennis division while managing a portfolio of professional athletes and media talent. With a strong understanding of both the high-performance environment and the commercial landscape of sport, he works closely with clients to maximise their performance, whilst also developing personal brands, securing meaningful partnerships and creating long-term opportunities for success.
Outside of work, Jedd is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and five-a-side football, as well as spending time with family.
Talent Agent, Head of AFL & AFLW
Peter Munt
Peter Munt is one of Australia’s emerging athlete managers, bringing an entrepreneurial approach and a proven track record across AFL, AFLW and netball.
After founding HEM and growing the agency from the ground up to represent 50 athletes in just 15 months, Peter successfully sold the business to Vivid Sports Management. He then went on to build and manage one of Australia’s strongest talent stables, representing more than 60 athletes and coaches across AFL, AFLW and Suncorp Super Netball.
In just over five years in athlete management, Peter has grown his client portfolio from the ground up while helping guide the careers of elite athletes, emerging talent and coaches. Across recent AFL and AFLW draft cycles, he has represented 18 players selected at the national drafts, while also developing strong commercial opportunities and long-term career strategies for his clients.
Known for his genuine care, strong relationships and relentless work ethic, Peter has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor who takes a hands-on approach to every athlete he represents. As an accredited AFL, AFLW and Suncorp Super Netball agent, he combines industry expertise with a personalised management style focused on helping athletes succeed both on and off the field.

Garry Winter
One of Australia’s most respected sports agents, Garry Winter is one of the founders of WRP Legal, following careers at Thomson, Phillips Fox, and Kelly & Co where he became senior partner and headed up the firm’s taxation and superannuation practice.
Following the establishment of WRP Legal, Garry co-founded W Sports & Media in 2015 and is considered a leading industry expert across AFL, cricket, tennis, and other sports, as well as acting for several of Australia’s most popular media personalities and musicians.
Garry is an experienced lawyer holding degrees with the University of Adelaide – Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), University of Adelaide – Bachelor of Laws, University of South Australia – Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and University of New South Wales – Masters of Taxation. Garry is also a Company Director and sits on many boards.
Garry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Tax Adviser of The Tax Institute, Cricket Australia Accredited Agent, and AFL Players’ Association Accredited Agent.
In addition to his love of sport, Garry is a successful entrepreneur owning many different businesses, as well as sitting on several high-profile not-for-profit boards and committees. Outside of work, Garry dreams of one day being a scratch golfer as well as one day owning a Melbourne Cup winning horse.

Dimitris Parhas
One of Australia’s most respected sports agents, Dimitris Parhas, or Dimi as he is known, co-founded WRP Legal & Advisory after working in numerous large commercial law firms, where he acted for many clients ranging from small to large private enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Following co-founding WRP Legal & Advisory, Dimi also co-founded W Sports & Media in 2015 where he has built a stellar reputation negotiating player contracts across AFL, Football, Tennis, Media and other sports.
Dimi is an experienced lawyer holding dual degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Law (Honours) from the Flinders University of South Australia. Dimi is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Property Council of Australia, the Australian and New Zealand Sports Lawyers Association, and is an accredited AFL agent and FIFA agent / intermediary.
In between practicing law at WRP Legal & Advisory and negotiating contracts at W Sports & Media, Dimi is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for Manchester United, the Dallas Cowboys and the Orlando Magic.
