Director
Garry Winter
One of Australia’s most respected sports agents, Garry Winter is one of the founders of WRP Legal, following careers at Thomson, Phillips Fox, and Kelly & Co where he became senior partner and headed up the firm’s taxation and superannuation practice.
Following the establishment of WRP Legal, Garry co-founded W Sports & Media in 2015 and is considered a leading industry expert across AFL, cricket, tennis, and other sports, as well as acting for several of Australia’s most popular media personalities and musicians.
Garry is an experienced lawyer holding degrees with the University of Adelaide – Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), University of Adelaide – Bachelor of Laws, University of South Australia – Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and University of New South Wales – Masters of Taxation. Garry is also a Company Director and sits on many boards.
Garry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Tax Adviser of The Tax Institute, Cricket Australia Accredited Agent, and AFL Players’ Association Accredited Agent.
In addition to his love of sport, Garry is a successful entrepreneur owning many different businesses, as well as sitting on several high-profile not-for-profit boards and committees. Outside of work, Garry dreams of one day being a scratch golfer as well as one day owning a Melbourne Cup winning horse.
AFL Talent & Recruiting Manager
Kyle Hartigan
Kyle Hartigan is a former Australian Rules Footballer, who played for both the Adelaide Crows and the Hawthorn Hawks.
Drafted to the Crows in 2012, Kyle played 113 games for the club from 2013-2020, notably playing a crucial role in Adelaide's run to the 2017 Grand Final.
After eight seasons at the Crows, Kyle returned home to Victoria, finishing his career at the Hawks, where he played 22 games across two seasons.
During his time in the AFL, Kyle's contribution to the wider community off the field was monumental, including involvement with the Crows Foundation and Kickstart for Kids, where he helped feed over 10,000 children.
After announcing his retirement at the conclusion of the 2022 AFL season, Kyle joined W Sports and Media in 2023 in the role of AFL Talent and Recruiting Manager.
Talent Manager
Jedd Zetzer
Jedd has considerable experience in a multitude of different fields in the sports industry.
After graduating from high school in 2016, Jedd completed a Bachelor in Elite Sports Business, where he completed an industry placement at the Carlton Football Club through the Carlton College of Sport. He joined W Sports & Media in May 2022 and in September 2022 moved into the role of Talent Manager and Digital Lead.
In 2024, Jedd became a registered ATP & WTA Tennis Agent.

In his spare time, Jedd enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and five-a-side soccer and loves to attend any sporting events.
Director
Dimitris Parhas
One of Australia’s most respected sports agents, Dimitris Parhas, or Dimi as he is known, co-founded WRP Legal & Advisory after working in numerous large commercial law firms, where he acted for many clients ranging from small to large private enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Following co-founding WRP Legal & Advisory, Dimi also co-founded W Sports & Media in 2015 where he has built a stellar reputation negotiating player contracts across AFL, Football, Tennis, Media and other sports.
Dimi is an experienced lawyer holding dual degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Law (Honours) from the Flinders University of South Australia. Dimi is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Property Council of Australia, the Australian and New Zealand Sports Lawyers Association, and is an accredited AFL agent and FIFA agent / intermediary.
In between practicing law at WRP Legal & Advisory and negotiating contracts at W Sports & Media, Dimi is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for Manchester United, the Dallas Cowboys and the Orlando Magic.
Senior Talent Manager
Phoebe Rothfield
Phoebe joined W Sports & Media in 2020 and is the current Senior Talent Manager who oversees the day-to-day coordination of WSM talent and partnerships.
She undertook a Bachelor of Media at La Trobe University majoring in TV, Radio and Journalism which she completed in 2014 and after work experience stints at Bastion Group and Melbourne Football Club she commenced her career at Carat, a media buying agency in 2015.

In 2017, Pheebs moved to sports agency powerhouse Crocmedia (now known as Sports Entertainment Network) where she worked in the Partnerships team managing the account of McDonalds, Greyhound Racing Victoria, Coles, TAC and many more.
After an eight-month work hiatus in 2019 for a belated gap year that took her to Europe, WA and America (where she ticked off some big sports bucket list items), she decided to combine her love for sports, managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships to take on a role initially as Talent Manager at W Sports & Media where she now oversees talent, partnerships and manages a small team.
Outside of work, she plays hockey for Altona in the Victorian Women’s Premier League, trains for triathlons with Melbourne Triathlon Club and loves attending as many sporting events and concerts as she can.
Talent & Administration Coordinator
Tom Facy
Tom joined W Sports & Media as a Talent and Administration Coordinator in October 2023 having previously worked as an intern for majority of 2023.
Tom comes from an accounting background, where he previously worked for 4 years.

He graduated from High School in 2018 and has recently finished his university degree of Bachelor of Business (Sport and Recreation Management) where he completed an industry placement at the Adelaide Football Club.

Tom is a keen sportsman having played football for his Old Collegians at Division 1 level in the Adelaide Footy League, winning a Division 1 Reserves Premiership in 2022.
